User responsibilities: users must only upload information they are authorised to use and must comply with carrier, employer, licensing, privacy, and legal obligations.
Subscriptions: plan access, seats, report limits, renewal dates, and subscription status may change based on the selected package and account standing.
Limitations: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Adjustr.io is not liable for rejected files, lost profits, claim decisions, data entered incorrectly, or misuse of generated content.
Support: support requests should be submitted through the Support page so admin can assign and handle case numbers.
